Are you aware of a property that would make a perfect Pie Face store?

Pie Face is actively on the lookout for new store locations and we welcome direct approaches from landlords, brokers and agents.

Generally, we seek leasehold sites with high street exposure, strong passing pedestrian traffic, wide street frontages or corner locations with highly visible signage and customer seating areas.

We ideally like to trade 24/7, when permissible, with the exception of shopping centre locations. Busy CBD of High Street retail properties positioned in areas surrounded by commercial & residential populations, hotels & entertainment areas or major transport hubs that benefit from morning, daytime and late night trade are preferred.

We are also seeking prime main road and highway Drive Thru sites that benefit from strong passing vehicle traffic, are highly visible and have direct site access from both street directions. In this instance, sites combined with service centres, shopping/bulky goods centres or other similar traffic/customer generators are highly favorable.
